Bookings & Changes

Bookings are confirmed upon our written confirmation. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Same‑day requests are subject to availability and may require a service adjustment.

  • Arrival windows are estimates; traffic and prior jobs may affect exact timing.
  • We may request a deposit for larger packages or group bookings.
  • You authorize access to the vehicle and a nearby power/water source unless otherwise arranged.

Payments

We accept major credit cards and Interac e‑Transfer. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. If additional work is requested on site, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding.

  • Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
  • Late payments may incur 2% per month (24% per annum) or the maximum permitted by law.
  • Chargebacks for authorized work are disputed with supporting documentation.

Scope & Limitations

We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains or scratches. We’ll advise pre‑service if expectations require adjustment.

  • Paint correction is measured by improvement percentage, not perfection.
  • Pet hair, sap, tar, and biohazards may require add‑on fees due to time and PPE.
  • Older or repainted panels may have thin clear coat limiting correction aggressiveness.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance and use professional methods to minimize risk. Liability is limited to the cost of service rendered. We are not responsible for pre‑existing defects or latent issues that become apparent during cleaning.

  • Remove valuables before service; we are not liable for loss of unsecured items.
  • We are not liable for aftermarket accessories failing due to age or improper installation.
  • Weather constraints may require rescheduling for mobile appointments.

Cancellations & No‑Shows

Rescheduling or canceling less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee up to 50% of the quoted total. No‑shows may be charged the full deposit or a call‑out fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel due to unsafe conditions or unsuitable workspace.
  • Deposits are transferable to a new date once if rescheduled with adequate notice.

Refunds & Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours with photos and a description. We will review and may offer a re‑visit to address reasonable concerns. Refunds are considered only when a re‑visit cannot reasonably remedy the issue.

  • Wear and permanent damage cannot be “undone” and are excluded from guarantees.
  • Environmental fallout after service (e.g., rain, dust) is outside our control.

Vehicle Condition

Please disclose any mechanical or electrical issues, alarm quirks, or sensitive areas. Seats/compartments that cannot be safely accessed may be skipped for safety reasons.

  • We may photograph condition before/after for quality control and liability protection.
  • Child seats must be reinstalled by the owner; we do not certify reinstallation.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve services (e.g., contact details, vehicle info, appointment history). We do not sell your personal information.

  • Photos used for portfolio are anonymized and used with discretion.
  • You may request access or deletion of your personal data where applicable.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Parties agree to attempt good‑faith resolution before formal action.

  • Venue and jurisdiction lie with competent courts in Ontario, Canada.
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
